My Spring Vacation
I'm writing about something to do during spring vacation.
First, I worked part-time very hard. I work as a waitress at a family restaurant. I usually work in evening, but I sometimes worked at noon because I don't have to go to school during spring vacation. I was not very busy from Monday to Friday, but I was very very busy on Saturday and Sunday. There were a lot of customers on weekend. Between taking orders, serving dish and clearing the tables, I was very busy and tired.
Second, I went to driving school. I had wanted to go there before, I finally went there because I had enough time. I was so nervous when I drove a car for the first time. It is difficult for me to drive a car, but thanks to my instructor, I have driven better and better. All staff and instructors of the driving school were very kind, so I enjoyed commuting to the driving school. I have to receive official approval on Saturday. If I pass it, I can graduated from the driving school. After that, I will go to license center, and I will have to take an examination to get a car license. If I get a car license, I want to go for a drive!
Lastly, I cleaned my room. My room is in an awful mess, so my family said, "Your room looked like a pigpen!" I was shocked to hear what they said, so I decided clean my room. I tidied up clothes and textbooks. I picked up trash, and I vacuum-cleaned the room. I changed to a different set of clothing while I cleaned the room. I hope to keep my room ordered!

Hello! I became a sophomore in April. Classes began on last Monday. I think required subjects are very hard because there are a lot of homework. However, I intend to work hard. Also, I participate in the class of overseas training. I'm going to go to Minnesota in summer and live with host family for a month. I'm looking forward to going there, but I'm so nervous, so I am hoping to improve English ability, especially speaking ability. That' why I decided to take part in English conversation lesson at my college. I will try anything else. For example, TOEIC, licensing examinations, and so on. I want to live a full life this year.

I was born in 1992. Because my mother worked at the hospital, I was left with the day-care center near the hospital from 1992 to 1995. I always played with Koharu. She is my first friend. When I was 3 years old, I moved to another day nursery. I played a lot there every day. I was on good terms with friends and teachers. One of my memories at the day nursery is staging a play. We played “Momotaro.’’ I act the part of dog. Another memory is a sports day. We didn’t only have a race and an obstacle race but also perform Japanese drums. I entered Yoshino elementary school in 1999. I remember picking raspberries and eating them on my way home from school. When I was 4th grade, I entered a basketball club. I enjoyed playing it with members. When I was 5th grade, we took care of larvae of fireflies. After that, we stocked the river with them. Moreover, we set up a big fish tank at the entrance of school to reproduce the river near the school. In 2005, I graduated the elementary school and entered Yoshino junior high school. When I was 1st grade, we camped in Aso. We climbed Daikanbo, cooked dinner by ourselves and enjoyed a campfire. When I was 2nd grade, I went to Okinawa on a school trip. I went to Churaumi Aquarium, made a glasswork, and so on. When I was 3rd grade, I became a chairperson of books and culture committee, so I manage a school festival. After the school festival, I studied very hard. I took entrance examinations from January to March. However, I failed the examination of my preference. In 2008, I graduated from junior high school and entered KGU Fuzoku high school. I was nervous at first, but I made many friends soon. I went to Kyoto and Tokyo on a school trip. It was very happy to go to Tokyo Disney Land. I met Minney Mouse and Schneewittchen. I took picture with them. When I was 3rd grade, I last played a basketball match. Our team was defeated, but I felt a sense of achievement. After I retired the basketball club, I studied hard. In 2011, I graduated from high school and entered Kumamoto Gakuen University. I started to work part-time job in May. Now, I study English and have a good time with my friend.

I will tell you how to make chawan-mushi. Chawan-mushi is one of the traditional Japanese dishes. First, you fill the bowl with water. Then, you soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water to reconstitute it. Next, you take out shiitake mushrooms from the bowl. Please don’t empty water of the bowl because it is used as soup stock. After that, you break eggs and beat it. Then, you put the eggs into the soup stock, and mix together by whisk. Next, you cut shiitake mushrooms, boiled fish pastes, tubular roll of boiled fish pastes and chicken in a size easy to eat. After that, you prepare rice bowls. Then, you put shiitake mushrooms, boiled fish pastes, tubular roll of boiled fish pastes, chicken, shrimps, ginkgo nuts, udon and potherb mustards in it. Next, you pour the soup stock mixed eggs into the rice cups. Finally, you steam them. When you eat it, your body will become warmer. Even if you cool it in summer, it is delicious.
